We are here to make honoring your loved one as easy as possible.
At a time where everything can be overwhelming, our heart is to make this process as comfortable as possible by gently guiding you through the steps below.
1. Schedule an Appointment
The first thing you will need to do is to schedule a time to meet with one of our monument experts. The last thing you need during a difficult time is to wait days for a reply. That will never happen at Express Monument. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach out to us anytime – day or night.
2. Work with our Designers.
We craft monuments that are unique and personal. Don’t worry. We understand this is a difficult time for you. One of our caring design experts will walk you through the process to make it as easy as possible.
3. Review Your Creation
Same day color proofs are provided for all orders so that you can make sure your granite monument is exactly the way you want it. If you’d like changes, we are happy to make them for you.
4. Amendments & Final Approval
Our design team works with you until you are fully satisfied. We will make unlimited revisions to your design for free. Then, once we get your final approval, we ask for the cemetery’s approval as well. For all orders, we contact your loved one’s cemetery to make sure that our design meets their size and style requirements.
5. Fast Delivery
We know how important it is to you to receive your monument as soon as possible. That is why we go to great lengths to deliver in record time. Once your order is completed and delivered, we will send you a picture to confirm.
