Our process is simple and supportive:

- You’ll receive a design proof within 24 hours.
- Request unlimited revisions until it’s just right.
- Once approved and paid, we start production.
- When finished, the marker is delivered directly to the cemetery for installation.
Do I need to be present to order or install the marker?
Not at all. We serve families across the U.S. and can manage everything remotely. During the design consultation, we’ll help pinpoint the grave location and handle all communication with the cemetery for a smooth delivery and installation.
Can I pre-plan a headstone or memorial?
Absolutely. Pre-planning ensures your wishes are respected and can save your family money and stress in the future. It’s a meaningful gift of clarity and peace.

Our markers range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand, depending on the size, material, and customization. We’ll help you choose the best option based on your budget.

What is a setting fee?

Can you match an existing grave marker?
Yes. We can replicate nearly any design or match an existing family memorial.
Can I add a photo or emblem?
Of course! We offer:

Yes. We can engrave in any language, including special characters, at no extra cost.
Delivery, Time and Installation
How long does it take?
Design proof: 24-48 hours.
Production:
- Granite Flat Headstones – 6 to 8 weeks*
- Bronze Flat Headstones – 8 to 10 weeks*
*We strive to complete every order before our quoted delivery date. However, occasionally there are slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If those situations ever arise, we communicate with you frequently until the order is completed and delivered.
Installation:
Most cemeteries require that their staff installs the headstone. We make the headstone, send you a picture and deliver it to the cemetery on your behalf. Their staff is responsible for installing it.
Do you work with cremation memorials too?
Yes! Many families choose to commemorate cremation with a bronze or granite marker. We’ll help you explore all available options.
